We have a large family and we are most often the hosts of our extended family celebrations. We built our home in 1994 and our family has continued to grow to 6 children, spouses, 12 grandchildren (so far) and many other extended family members! After much consideration we made the decision to remodel our main kitchen/dining and family room area to accommodate our family. I am pleased with all who came to the house. All were polite, thorough, clean, organized and tolerated the dogs. I was comfortable whether I was here or not, never had any concerns. Beyond not having concerns, I was pleased with the attention to detail given to the projects...corners are square, pillars are parallel, colors match, pieces fit. Having your team here to handle the projects was the right thing to do.
We felt that everyone took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve. Everyone really listened, and quickly responded, to any issues that we had. Jim Clark was great, as the Project Lead, and we were impressed with the work that Lavante Hunter did.
Jim C. allowed us to ask questions, and also provided us with information throughout the process. Lavonte was reliable and arrived every day around the same time. We were informed when changes were required and allowed to ask for alternatives to make good choices. When we brought up issues, they were resolved quickly. Working with each member of the team was an excellent experience. The positive and friendly attitudes were remarkable. Thank you Jim, Jenna, Aaron, Wes and everyone else who contributed to the work! We will definitely use Zengel Construction for future projects.
