Addy and Gail were superb. Gail helped me make the initial appointment and helping me choose the therapies that were best suited for me. Addy assisted me on the machines, she was very kind and answered all my questions and she also scheduled my next appointment, helping to have back to back appointments on 2 different machines! Thanks Ladies.
Going to Zenful is always a relaxing, self-care time. Today I pampered myself by getting the Swedish massage in the zero-gravity recliner. The chair targeted my feet and mid to lower back, and I left feeling great. A plus was having Tracey set me up. It was a great way to start my day.
I had my first hydromassage yesterday! I've been wanting to try it for awhile now. Tracey had posted about it and I thought it would help me. I've been dealing with tight muscles in my neck and lower back... waking up with horrible headaches and only going away with medicine. I had a bad headache yesterday and had a 30 minute hydromassage. The heat and the water really helped relax my muscles! My headache was gone soon after! I actually woke up this morning with NO headache. Give it a try! I am going back soon!
