We bought our system, in cash, a year ago. They subcontracted the work out to a total incompetent company called That Solar Company. Since the install we have had issues. 1. They tried to install the system on the house when we asked it be placed on the garage. They damaged our house and our garage taking off what they started to install. 2. Don't believe any reviews on here. Great sales team, horrible service afterwards. Additionally, they went out of business without notifying anyone, including their customers, and now we're all high and dry. 0 Stars.
ZENERNET, COME OUT, COME OUT, THERE EVER YOU ARE!!! THEY TOOK MY $1000 DOWN & JUST DISAPPEARED! 7 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS & I HAVE LEFT 100'S OF MESSAGES WITH NO ANSWER!!!
My project started in May 2021. It is battery only project and I paid cash upfront for the equipment. They subcontracted it to some other company who installed the battery after so many delays. I do not think Zenernet have any technical staff. The original PTO was rejected by Edison in August 2022. They are still not able to resubmit the application.
