I have been going to Zenergy for massage therapy monthly for the past 6 months and can strongly recommend Sara to anyone that needs massage therapy. I’ve been to many other massage therapists in the area over the years and have found Sara to be the best in town. I lead a very active lifestyle, and frequently push myself beyond my limits physically. Sara has been able to give me a great deal of relief when I go too far…which is often.
When I have an appointment, I know I will feel amazing afterward. Sara is very attentive and knowledgeable. Her understanding of our muscles and physiology is the best I have encountered. The studio is impeccably clean, and her calm presence always puts me at ease.
Sara is very knowledgeable in sports massage. We have always felt light and refreshed every time she’s done with our massages. She’s also able to fix muscle tightness and muscle pain from training. In addition, she is able to locate misaligned joints in every massage! Magic!
