When I have an appointment, I know I will feel amazing afterward. Sara is very attentive and knowledgeable. Her understanding of our muscles and physiology is the best I have encountered. The studio is impeccably clean, and her calm presence always puts me at ease.
Sara is very knowledgeable in sports massage. We have always felt light and refreshed every time she’s done with our massages. She’s also able to fix muscle tightness and muscle pain from training. In addition, she is able to locate misaligned joints in every massage! Magic!
Sara is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in the biomechanics of the body and gets in there and tells my problem spots who’s boss! I leave my sessions feeling like a younger version of myself! I would see her everyday if I could!
