Ive had good massages before but in comparison to Carmen the now seem mediocre. Carmen with Zenergy is AMAZING!!! My first time walking in Carmen took one look at how I was moving and already knew what areas need work and to be released so I could move normally again! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to the body and energy movement. Every time I leave her space I feel a 100 times better then when I walked in! So if you are looking for a truly amazing massage therapist then you have found it with Zenergy Massage!
I'm a disabled Army veteran with back issues due to a vehicle accident during my service. Carmen offers me wonderful care and concern for the betterment of my well-being. She's able to target my problem areas and advices me how to prevent more injuries by self care and home stretches. I strongly recommend Zenergy Massage Therapies, especially for veterans who struggle with service injuries.
Carmen is great with her technical knowledge and technique! She’s got a unique myofascial release method with micro movements on the muscles, different from any other massage therapist I’ve had. She’s also great with nutritional applications to pain management.
