This is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I’m a 51yr old disabled combat vet and former athlete with multiple injuries with one being severe back pains. Before massage therapy I tried almost everything the VA recommended and was contemplating surgery as the last option. Carmen helps relieve my sciatica pain significantly. She knows exactly how to target problem areas, and I always leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend her for anyone dealing with chronic pain!
I was referred here, to Carmen for a medical massage. It has helped decrease chronic back pain . She is professional and punctual. She finds the muscle groups that are tight and out of place and works adjacent areas also with goal of targeting underlying causes of the pain. Good communication such as texts day before appointments as reminders.
I recently got referred to this place as an outpatient for nerve damage on leg. The therapist does nothing for pain relief. She literally makes you lie on your back for a whole hour while she pressure points a spot under your calf, a spot under your back, a spot in your chest. I thought the routine would change but going to the 4th session she literally just walks around you pressing the same spots. My last visit left me bruised on my chest she pressed so hard closest to my underarm on each side. I could not lift my arms up.... read more
