Anna is part of a local tribe of experts that I rely upon for guidance on movement, properly derived nutrients, and audacious aging.She has created a beautiful center that is welcoming and embracing for all.
I have had the pleasure of attending yoga with Anna for about a year. Every session is relaxed and so welcoming!! I have also attended several other events, most notably the Summer Solstice Drum Circle. It was so much fun, I hope it is offered every year!!!Every event is well planned and executed,class instructions are easy to follow. Most importantly , every time I attend yoga or any other event, I leave feeling happier, healthier, and less stressed!
