I travel for work and was looking for a decent local gym in Charleston. I saw Zenergy and decided to give it a try. What an awesome experience all around. Meg was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I walked into Zenergy Charleston 7.5 years ago, and never walked out, and I am stronger TODAY because of it! It quickly became my place to escape the every day responsibilities of life, and in turn allowed me to cross paths with a wonderful community who I am lucky enough to know and love. The powerful positive energy of the instructor was wonderful. The class kicked my backside but it was REALLY FUN nonetheless. It was my first time spinning and it's way different than road cycling but again it was a blast. Highly recommend!
