These guys are actually awesome-without fail! They listen to you-and whatever you choose is prepared professionally and with a smile; and delivered promptly, too!!
Do not go to this place, I just went in there with my dog to try and buy some flowers and a crazy lady tried to drive us out with a hose. I don't know if poor customer service is enough to describe my experience.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the woman, who I assume was the owner (unfortunately looks like many others have had a similar experience). As I walked past on the footpath out the front of the building, the owner ran out, screamed at me, tried to spray my dog with a hose, and even followed us down the street. Aggressive, unhinged, and completely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!
