Had a service done and they are fantastic in all departments
Today we stopped by Zender Ford to test drive a Bronco and an Escape. Upon walking in the receptionist looked up from her desk and then went back to doing what ever it was. No Hello or anything. So off went went to find what we we came in for. Checked out said vehicles and was about 20 minutes. In that time not 1 sales person acknowledged us or came up to see us. I said loud enough that we are going to the west end of Edmonton to a dealership there. At least we are acknowledged as potential clients!! Never has this happened ... read more
Service Team is always amazing to deal with. Quick and dependable. Straight forward no empty promises. The Hertz Rental in the dealership is so convenient for an out of towner like myself.
