Zendentistry- Midtown is a great place. Every staff member is very kind and professional. They always make me feel welcomed.
Good experience at the appointment itself, some difficulties (that were eventually addressed) with the insurance/reception team. Was told my insurance would cover my filling 80%, then was told that that would not be the case and that I have to submit it on my own. That's fine, shit happens. When I left my appointment, I was told that I would receive an itemized bill of all the services later that day. A few days later I called to asked about the receipt to submit the claim, and was cut off with a "we're working on it." I get... read more
