Poor communication. Seeking help for sleeplessness due to anxiety for Julie Angileri at ZenDen/Capstone was one of the worst decisions in my life. Julie and her office staff misrepresented the acceptance of my insurance. I saw on their website that they accepted my insurance and was “in network” as well as getting verbal verification from her office that this was the case. I trust Julie completely. I initially was nervous to look for a prescriber because I’ve had a lot of negative experiences in the past. Right off the bat, Julie eased those nerves by being incredibly responsive and working with me through my initial questions via email. Her approach is holistic, gentle, and kind. Julie is by far the best psychiatrist I've ever had, she's incredibly understanding and well versed in dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, I genuinely can't recommend her enough. ZenDen also makes communication super easy through email and Spruce.
