I was referred to Zen Law Firm through the MetLife Legal Plan for a real estate issue involving our recent home rental exit and a violation under Texas Property Code § 92.104(b). Horrible firm. I did the foot work to make sure they had what they needed. They are rude regardless of who you speak to. Their plan is quite obvious… sit back, do nothing, let it go to court. I was finally approved after 3 years with little to no help from this firm. Judging by their responses to other people’s bad experience, they’ll reply and try to make me look bad. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and hire them. Best of luck.
If you have MetLife please look somewhere else. The communication is HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone only text. The Karla lady definitely had an attitude. I was scheduled for a consult then boom ironically now they are super booked and can't help AFTER I was scheduled is the crazy part.
Russ is an amazing lawyer who is very helpful and knowledgeable. The best I’ve seen around! Karla is also great at scheduling and communicating me with a lawyer!
