Sept 25, 2023 I hired Sue to get rid of wasps invading the inside and outside of my home. She came by, sprayed a small part of the inside of my house and a small area outside. Sue also stated that spraying the nest would take care of the job, but she wanted to try spraying a small area first. I called her the next day as the wasps were not gone nor dying. We gave Zena's a call to deal with some wasps that have managed to get behind the paneling of our hot tub and build a nest. Although we weren't able to completely remove the panelling to get at the nest (our fault) she did a good spray and managed to kill a majority of the wasps. Once we are able to get the panelling properly removed for easier access to the nest, we will definitely bring her back. Zenas was referred to me so we booked an appointment on a vacant house that had a minor possible mouse problem We had to meet with a realtor for access to the house and drive two hours to be at the house for the scheduled time . When Zenas did not show up a half hour after the scheduled time I called to see if they were still coming or possibly lost but I did not get an answer Called two more times and waited two hours and no one called us at all ,not even the next day. This company provided the absolute WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I called and left 3 messages and called 13 more times before she even answered the phone saying “ugh hello”. Once she finally answered, I asked her to come do a skunk removal. She said she would come but then later yelled at me saying she never got my message with my address. Needless to say she never came to do my skunk removal. Don’t use this company. She was absolutely horrible.

I’ve used Zena’s on a number of occasions and the work has always been both quick and effective. I especially appreciate that wildlife is safely relocated and and well looked after.
