When they were removing my braces they chipped my teeth and had to fix it. When the replacement fell off and I called to have it replaced again they said they had “no record” of it happening. They also lost the newest scan of my retainers so my teeth are spreading apart and there’s nothing I can do about it.
I agree with all of the negative comments. Unfortunately I know this woman and she is very rude, unprofessional and needs mental help. Save yourselves the money and time and book elsewhere.

Dr Zenaida Cofie is very very rude she is not like a Doctor she not experienced please if anyone go there check the Doctor first if Zenaida Cofie Still there I never recommend your baby child go with her treatment she will not complete job be careful she makes worse for your child teeth . She needs to move different locations she not good there she can’ not handle the patients .she doesn’t know how to talk with patients 🤬🥶🤬 proudly Doctor
