Zena is a hidden gem!! I have taken her yoga classes several times now, Zena is super knowledgeable and makes you feel super comfortable and seen. What I like the most is her attentiveness to her clients, she provides a lot of insight on form as well as small everyday adjustments one can make to encourage better health and movement. I love coming here to get my cupping massages done. Nneka is so sweet and knowledgeable! She started incorporating stretches during my service which I love. She gets all my knots out and I feel very relaxed afterward. I would recommend coming here!

I've come to Zena: Rest and Recovery many times. When you first walk in it is super peaceful and it feels like home. Nneka is very welcoming and energetic. I came in with upper back tightness around my shoulder blade area and Nneka, cupped that area and did some stretching and all of that helped my upper back loosen up. It was something I needed the most and she helped a lot. She also is very knowledgeable and she knows what she is doing. I had her do the Muscle Recovery session because of the pain I had in my back at the time; and honestly, my back has felt so much better since then!
