I went in to get permanent make-up. There was an advertised "special" for the service, BUT I was charged $100 more. I was told by the person who did my brows, Reda, that she used a "special brush stroke technique that costs more". (Strike 1). Another one of the problems that I had was, there are no posted prices for the permanent make-up. Depending on when you go and who you are, the prices are subject to be different. Really unprofessional tell you your app is at 10a and nobody showed up till after 10:30a and not even an apology or made it up to me... really disappointed I waited only because I had a gift certificate that someone gave me
