VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I had to wait 35-4 40 mins before she even showed up , showed her a picture of what I wanted and y’all she did what she wanted to do to my hair it’s was longer then what I expected so I had to go back to the shop to see if she can fix the braids because it’s wasn’t what I wanted, so they told me to come in so they can fix it the next day come in at 10 , I got there at 9:40 then 10:00 am no one is there I called it’s sounded like they was sleeping smh (I can’t make this up ) so she eventually shows up at 1... read more
The shop stinks, right from the door step. It’s really dirty to say the least plus the owner lies. She will give you a price but when you want to pay she will increase the price or if you give her money and you need a change she will not give you. Uses F” word, very disrespectful. The shop should be closed. This is a no go shop for hair…look else where. Very bad customer service!
They Do A Very Great Job And I’m Always Happy With The Results With My Daughters And My Hair👍🏽
