I love Dr. Joseph. I have followed her for years. I have R/A and fibro. She has really helped me is always warm and compassionate and never rushes me. But I’m afraid I’m going to have to part ways with her. This office is terrible. I was in just a few weeks ago, it was too early to renew meds. I called this week when it was time. I must have called 8 times between Tuesday though today. No one calls back, my meds haven’t been called in. I asked for an office manager, not one in to help me. Dr. Joseph is amazing. Her bedside manners, expertise, care everything. I love her and recommend her to everyone looking for a doctor!
Dr. Joseph is absolutely amazing. However I needed a pre op appt and they offered me a Saturday with Dr.Crow. I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to be seen. Not very punctual and a waste of time for my Saturday morning.
