Jennifer was extremely rude to me , I’ve been getting my hair braided for the last 11 year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I came in for a touch up and wanted to get some of my curls removed and replaced as well. She told me yes she could do it , so I sat down & once she started cutting my braids out she told me that she couldn’t do my hair the way I wanted it and that the owner would’ve charged for X Y & Z . She does good work but randomly changed the price and insisted that she isn't the one who did my hair. Even after I sent screenshots of our text conversation and pictures of my hair she still insisted I pay $50 more than I did for my previous visit for the exact same style. Not a fan of being treated like a liar so I won't be back.
