I found this shop on Google in January of this year and had two great experiences, which is why I came back a third time. The owner did my hair the first two visits, but someone else did the front on my third visit. I went in January,March, and July.I requested a specific braid size, but my hair came out much bigger than what I asked for. Jennifer was extremely rude to me , I’ve been getting my hair braided for the last 11 year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I came in for a touch up and wanted to get some of my curls removed and replaced as well. She told me yes she could do it , so I sat down & once she started cutting my braids out she told me that she couldn’t do my hair the way I wanted it and that the owner would’ve charged for X Y & Z .
