Its been several years since I had a massage and with 2 spinal disc issues and sciatica I was reluctant to try again, but I was totally pleased with Bethany and her expertise at relaxing my back and neck. She is highly recommended for anyone that feels a need for relief for tension and muscular discomfort.
Had a 90 minute lymphatic drainage massage today by Bethany that was outstanding! The swelling is already reduced from prior to appointment. Bethany makes you feel right at home.
Bethany is an amazing massage therapist. I have been having some problems with my neck and shoulders and she worked to help me and my muscles relax a little. It was such an enjoyable and relaxing massage. I am looking forward to my next one.
