Everyone did stellar work, and I’m thrilled with my new sliding door. Even the city inspector was impressed; he said the installers “did a beautiful job.” I highly recommend Zen Windows!
Excellent experience with Zen Windows! The owner, Steve, provided great communication, answering all of our questions before, during and after installation was complete. We really liked that Zen Windows offers online quotes, and the final price was right in line with the quote. High quality products at a very reasonable price. We will be using Zen Windows for any future window replacements.
We had been stung by delinquent contractors in the past, so going into this windows/door purchase was really stressful for us. Steve and his team were really helpful at every phase, communicating everything from products to processes to updates on delivery and installation. When issues arose, they adapted and got the project done the right way in a responsible amount of time. We would definitely consider Zen again the next time we need windows.
