This is the second time we've worked with Steve and Zen, and the experience is always great. The the timelines are clear and articulated in advance, the guys that came out to install were friendly and incredibly efficient, walking us through any questions/concerns/suggestions and they cleaned up perfectly when they were done. And most importantly, the windows are truly beautiful and efficient, we couldn't be happier with them.
Great experience with Zen Windows. Steve took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied, even making changes after the initial order was placed. Pro installers, Lucas, Conner and Austin made sure all the trim was done right, even with a non-standard size set of picture windows. Go with Zen for windows and you'll get first rate work done at a much better price than the guys who are constantly advertising on TV and use pressure sales tactics.
Steve and his team were fantastic - they finished the project on the timeline they said they would, they were communicative and did great work replacing our windows. All in all, they made the experience as stress free as it could be. I'd recommend and use them again in a heartbeat.
Steve and the team at Zen have been great to work with. The price was fair, the process was completely straight forward and when the city came to inspect they made multiple comments about the quality of the work. And the windows are also pretty great.
