Reviews about Zen windows do not lie! They are five star company because of their customer service, professionalism and quality products. We moved into our new home several months ago, the windows in the bedroom could hardly be opened, it was very cold in the room and noisy from road traffic. Zen Windows KC was phenomenal through the whole process. It was super easy to get a quote. I measured the windows and sent in pictures. Then I received a quote and zero sales pitch or pressure to buy windows. They are great quality windows. Luke was the best to work with. Zen Windows has great customer service - from the quoting process all the way through installation, they were great to work with! Our installation was quick and efficient - done within 2-3 hours! We’ll definitely use them again in the future!
We had a wonderful experience with Zen! Luke was so informational and patient with bme as I went back and forth on door options. Each person we interacted with was personable and professional. The door arrived quickly, and the install was thorough (including making sure all molding was matching and paint was touched up). We have already had multiple neighbors comment on our new door. We absolutely recommend Zen and would use them again!
I had windows replaced in late June. My old windows were broken, heavy and foggy. The new ones are so nice- also easy to clean and operate. The whole experience was easy and stress free. The employees were professional and kind. I'll be contacting them for my doors next. Thank you!
