I had two twin-picture windows replaced with Zen Windows, the windows turned out not great-looking. Zen windows refused to work with me, and I have to re-replace these windows now with another company. I won't go into detail on this but the fact I had to replace their "replacement" window should tell you enough. Just a note to anyone looking at these "internet only" window replacement company, make sure you ask them exactly what their replacement is going to look like and to include as much detail in the contract as they can... read more
