Promised Dan I would share my experience after his guys installed my windows. I actually collected a few bids from local companies and getting a bid from Dan was 100% the easiest compared to the others. I had a price from Dan within a few minutes after speaking with him on the phone. The others needed to visit my home and one of them took up about 2 hours of my time. The windows are in and are installed perfectly. So, there you go Dan, I kept my word. You earned my business.
Pleasant interaction with Dan, the owner. Gave me a price on a new front door and a bay window. Advertises a 5 minute quote which he honored. The work turned out great and I was able to pay after the installers were finished. Most contractors require some kind of down payment etc.. not Zen Windows. Would use them again.

I'd give Zen Windows an A+ for the ease of use, so to speak, when getting a price quickly. No pressure or tricky buy one get one deals etc... Simple and straight forward. Happy with the end product. Dan did 10 double hung windows for us and they turned out better than I expected.

Needed a new front door for the house and a new bay window. Everything went as advertised. I had a price after a few minutes of talking with Dan on the phone. Couple weeks later they installed the door and the window. Installation looks great. I was skeptical about paying after and not having to place a deposit, but to my surprise, I cut a check after the job was complete. Great product, great installation, and really really easy to deal with. Will be back when it's time to change out our old windows. Thank you Dan.
