We had windows installed in March of 2022. There were a couple of miscommunications with the order, which wasn't the end of the world. We told them we wanted to place an order for what we thought we had ordered before, and they said no problem. It wasn't until after they left that we noticed what a terrible job they did caulking the windows. Truly unprofessional.
