Brian at Zen Windows was absolutely great to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He encouraged me to let him know if I had problems with the installation of my entire house of windows. The team of installers work prompt, courteous, neat, and respectful of my house and family. Scott, who did the measuring and scheduling was great to work with, also. He checked on the progress each day, and asked if I had concerns. Zen Windows did a fantastic job with all of the replacement windows in my house. From working with Warren, Jesse & Glenn & Scott they were WOW in my books. Great workers and also to Brian Z******** who came buy to meet with me and what a great owner and person running this great window company. Come to my house to see the wonders of ZENWINDOWS. Fabulous and very honest company to do busing with on a daily basis.

Excellent service from start to finish. I live 4000 miles away and they worked with me every step of the way. Brian himself personally worked with me, with a four hour time change everything went smoothly. The quote was exactly what he said I was so happy, My brother lives there and he was so pleased with the service. Thank you Brian and staff!!!! *************

Found Zen Windows while looking at other popular window companies for the Charlotte/Monroe area with a basic online search. So glad I did! First of all, they were happy to complete my small 2-window job. (most all others require 4-windows as a minimum purchase) After my initial phone call at 4:45 pm when most people don't want to be bothered with helping a customer, Brian graciously answered my questions and showed no sign of "hurry-up" in his voice even though our conversation lasted past 5 pm. Zen WIndows must be the best kept secret in the Charlotte area. I found them on ****** and decided to include their estimate as part of the other 3 companies who constantly advertise on TV. I had never heard of Zen but liked what I read. I am SO glad I chose Zen! Every phone call or email you send is answered by Brian Z********, the president of the company! Zen windows is an excellent choice when needing window replacement. Brian and his team are extremely professional. The windows are excellent quality and easy to clean. A huge upgrade from windows that were installed by the builder. From beginning to end the process was flawless. I highly recommend Zen!!! I will not use any other vendor for window replacement. If you are looking for windows don't shop anywhere else.
