Absolutely rude. My grandma was forced to pay a 20 dollar tip on top of the service fee. Service pay obviously we will pay that but the 20 dollar MANDATORY fee on top is insane. We were going to pay 5 dollars tip when she asked for a tip and then continued to force us to pay a 20 dollar tip. She then points at a piece of cardboard that says that a 20 dollar tip minimum is required. Absolutely rude staff.
