Mell was amazing! I have had multiple massage therapists and she stands head and shoulders above. If you are someone who works out/trains athletically she is a great person to see. I never leave reviews but Mell was so good I had to make 2 for both the Zen Wellness and Zen massage and chiropractic to make sure she gets the credit she deserves. Shes the best.
Got a deep tissue massage with the hot stones 10/10. Mel was my therapist and walked me through everything she was doing, asked if I was having any pain and once I described the area she focused in & I felt relief within the first 10 min. Amazing experience
