Can I just say meh? Same quick grab and release massage, and everyone follows the same routine with little variation. Spa soundtrack on repeat, sometimes soft, sometimes loud. Pricy for what you get. If there was a location within ten miles that renovated and updated and priced slightly less, they would take all of Zen’s customers
