This is my favorite studio for true effective and peaceful Yoga! The atmosphere always feels light and positive. Ive been going here now for 4 months once a week and i always feel more aligned and empowered when i leave. The class sizes are smaller so its easy to follow and the instructor can correct or assist when necessary. They have all the accessories you would need, including eye bags, blocks, straps, and bolsters. They always start on time and the temperature is always good.
Started with Tabitha for a massage and she is fantastic. Also seeing Dr Whooley who has helped me out as well. No more dull pain… 10 out of 10 would recommend both of them highly!
I come here for pelvic floor therapy. I appreciate this collective. They offer so much!!!
So many outstanding alternative health providers & the yoga instructors are the best! Love everything about this place!!
Zen Space Wellness studio has become my true sanctuary since last spring. I love all their yoga classes with wonderful instructors, amazing massage therapists, and community outreach. I am grateful to Stephanie and her team for all they do. Thank you for bringing peace and happiness to life!
