Have enjoyed two stellar yoga classes at the Zen Space wellness studios-most recently enjoyed Flow yoga class with Jason. Beautiful studio, relaxing space, knowledgeable teachers, and a welcoming environment for new visitors. Highly recommend!
Went to Jason’s yoga class for the first time last night — first time back on the mat since I left Kansas three years ago. My body was like, “What are we doing?!” Definitely felt like a stiff board at first, but Jason’s calm voice and clear instructions helped me find a bit of flow again. He’s a fantastic instructor — no wonder everyone’s hooked on his class!

I had a one-on-one beginner's yoga session today at Zen Space Wellness Studios and it was truly wonderful. Stephanie was so present and attentive, guiding me through the practice in a way that felt welcoming and not at all intimidating. I came in stiff and with low back pain, and left feeling lighter, more flexible, and deeply refreshed. What I love about The Zen Space is that it’s more than just yoga.
