I had a one-on-one beginner's yoga session today at Zen Space Wellness Studios and it was truly wonderful. Stephanie was so present and attentive, guiding me through the practice in a way that felt welcoming and not at all intimidating. I was finally able to experience the meditative sound bath last night and feel totally restored today. I slept so great last night. Stephanie has created a beautiful, welcoming environment and I can’t wait to go back for a yoga class.
Beautiful studio and I always feel a sense of calmness. Only drawback is that it's pretty chilly in there.
