I went for a massage, it was good. Once finished, I tipped what I thought was fair given that I had already paid quite a bit for the massage. The lady then checked what I tipped and said I needed to tip more. I told her I already tipped and she just kept pressuring making it extremely uncomfortable. Me and my husband went to get a couples massage which felt good. However, once we went to pay, we tipped what we thought was a good amount for an already pricy massage. The masseuse then looked at the amount and told us that we needed to tip more. The entire situation was incredibly upsetting. I had one of the absolute best massages ever at this place. I got the 90 minute regular massage. The facility itself is very nice and clean. There was nice spa music playing. The room itself was spacious. Had a comfortable warm massage table. Communication was not an issue for me.
I recently visited this location for a massage. The massage itself was decent, but the overall experience was quite basic, no music, no heated bed, and little atmosphere to help with relaxation. The language barrier was very difficult too, although that doesn’t bother me. What really stood out, unfortunately, was the request for a higher tip even though I had already paid in cash and provided a 20% tip (also in cash) which I consider more than fair.
