I went to treat myself to a relaxing massage but left feeling like I had been raked over boards. I was more tense and tight when I left. I prefer a deep massage so it wasn't that I couldn't take the pressure it was just that the masseuse didn't seem to know what she was doing. When it came time for the hot stones she couldn't hold them. They were too hot for her to hold so she dropped them on my back. I tried to talk her through what I liked but it never got better.
