I just started the cycling classes a month ago. I absolutely cannot say enough about this place. It’s very level friendly. I have been an avid spinner with a life break of about a year. This studio has helped give me a piece of myself back that I was struggling to find. I’m so thankful for them.

This isn’t your average spin or yoga studio. You get a great workout no matter your skill level. The instructors go out of their way to help everyone feel comfortable, and Lisa, the owner, is just an all around inspiring woman. ZenRev is such a peaceful, judgement free environment that allows you to focus on yourself and your spin workout/yoga practice. You can feel people exhale when they enter the building. Workout aside, this is an atmosphere and community that just makes you feel good- it’s special.
Julie’s class on Monday and Wednesday morning are the best part of my week! She is joyful and meets you where you are at and then inspires you to push just a little bit more!!! Definitely a great way to kick start from a COVID exercise hiatus!!!! Love it!
