Made an appointment - rescheduled my afternoon to attend it. They cancelled it. No call, no apology, I tried calling- no answer either. Customer service is seriously lacking here. I get things come up- but communicate- don’t just “dump” people.

I tried calling to purchase a gift card for a family member that lives in Aiken. When I asked who I was speaking with the woman that answered had such a tremendous attitude. I simply wanted to make sure I called the correct place as I was about to make a purchase over the phone. In response I stated I apologize I thought I called a business, have a good day, she quickly hung up. Phone call was made on 12/18/24 at 3:00.
