Wasted our trust, time and money to begin a process that brings up trauma and difficult feelings only to be told after the 3rd session we now need to start all over again with someone new. I was promised reports and supporting letters only to receive a 2 line comment on an email after having to chase it up for weeks. Extremely unprofessional with no regard for the client.
