I was here with my partner and the place is very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The Dr was very pleasant and clear and informative

One of my favorite places ever. It's so calm and relaxing. The staff are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The doctors are excellent and really care. I would highly recommend Zen (this location and Mooresville) to anyone seeking Spravato treatment in the area. I haven't been in treatment but for a few months but it really has changed my life already, and I want to credit the staff for part of the experience. 5 stars, A++, 10/10, Highly Recommend
All I can say is this place is horrible. There is a woman named Rachael who is literally getting “a lot more Zen”, then she should and the staff member Claude allows it. I try to relax and the lady is moaning in the bed near me. Disgusting what some people don’t keep private! Never again!!!
100 stars! The staff are absolutely incredible, and are truly changing people’s lives for the better! From someone who is in love with someone doing the treatments, she is happier more and more. Super grateful! Thank you all!
