Service is next level. I haven't been to a place that knew my name when I walked in since cheers. They really are amazing, clean, quick, and need local support.
I have a few months going here my old pharmacy was Walgreens and let me tell uou that the customer service here at Zen pharmacy is extraordinary. Caretta is so kind and helpful. I super recommend this pharmacy.
I needed an intricate compounding done and visited Zen. Coretta, the pharmacist, said that she could not do it - one ingredient was not available. She spent a great deal of time calling other resources in the area, all to no avail. She was very pleasant, professional, and explained what she was doing to meet my need. I highly recommend Zen and Coretta (in Moreno Valley) and any and all of your pharmacutical needs.
Zen Apothecary is the best pharmacy we've ever gone to. Diana is extremely knowledgeable about the medications she fills for her patients. She notifies, then advises how to properly take medications & provides any possible side effects. We appreciate the wealth of knowledge she has as well as how much she cares about her patients. Lynne stays on top of refills ensuringl prescriptions are ready and awaiting pick-up. We appreciate all that she does too!
