I’m a jogger and Lauren has been working with me for months now on lower back pain (getting old sucks) from muscular tightness. I gotta say she is a fantastic resource for anyone who has an active lifestyle. Lauren is a miracle worker who has returned range of motion to my body that I forgot I even had.
