I love this place! I would definitely recommend this salon to all! It is extremely clean and very relaxing to be here. It doesn’t have a strong nail polish smell like other salons! I got my nails done by T and she is so nice! She is very precise and made sure everything is perfect. Prices at Zen Nails and Spa 2 are great for its quality. I left the salon very happy with my nails and my experience.
I can’t help but think you guys don’t get Black customers often. When I arrived at the store, it went from White electro music to complete Black 90s R&B music. Like literally EVERY song has been by a black artist. I wouldn’t take offense if the music was diverse, but it’s quite obvious when the music changed. It can be argued that you guys are trying to support what you may think black customers like, however it’s a complex form of racism because it’s technically a stereotype. I have been going to Zen and Zen 2 for over 10 years and no one else compares to their nail techs. Tony and Kim are both great people and run great businesses.
The service was pretty good, but the nails started falling off 2 days after.
