I have been coming to Zen nails since they opened and have always had a positive experience. The staff is so kind and always take such good care of me and my nails. It’s the only place I trust to do my pedicure to this day. They also did my wedding pedicure! Would highly reccomend.
They didn't have the staff to handle the amount of customers they had coming in . There were only three techs. There was a man and a woman sitting in the back, their duty must have been phones since all they were doing was playing on theirs. Instead of turning away people, the three techs did a fast food version of nail service. Each station had a light or nail polishes or some other reminder that they hadn't cleaned between customers. My visit to Zen Nail & Spa was very nice. They accommodated me as a walk in near closing which was greatly appreciated. I had a mani-pedi. Cindy did my hands and I forgot the name of the person who did my feet. Both were courteous, careful, professional and friendly. The massaging chair and Long Island Tea were also nice. It was a nice treat to myself and I plan to go back.
Absolutely loved this place! Employees were so friendly and welcoming. Will be back asap
