I started going to the salon because I liked the way Nancy did my pedicures. I came back a few times the last time I was there, I asked her if she was in a hurry because she was moving so fast. It was hard to relax. She said she wasn’t in a hurry but when it came to time for her to massage my legs I asked for an additional five minutes she asked management twice because i was requesting the extra time, of course that’s an extra charge which I expect and was more then willing to pay and I always tip well. Leena, did my mani & pedi gel nail treatment. And as usual, her awesome, hand, arm & feet massage was great! It truly was a Zen experience!
Always a great experience with Vanni and Khai!
Very poor experience, they aren’t clear about pricing and aren’t clear about pricing. The lady at the front desk started adding things to our tab that we hadn’t even received, if we hadn’t asked about the charges we would’ve been overcharged.
