ZEN NAILS does NOT honor their gift certificates. I received a gift certificate that said for a manicure & pedicure. When I presented the gift certificate that was only 3 months old, they told me they increased their prices. I told them that they should honor the gift certificate because it clearly said for a manicure and pedicure. They told me that I had to pay the extra. I highly do not recommend zen nails and spa they shaved down my nails do much it hurts to even itch my head they bruised my nails beds and I have whit patches on my nails beds from the trauma of how much they shaved off. Do not let the drinks and the tan room and the massage fool you don’t be stupid if you go there your very dumb
