Always a calming and relaxing experience. I recommend the dry brushing treatment although my super-duper favorite is the hot stone with CBD. Honestly, everyone should take time for themselves and this is the way to do it! .
Lisa is absolutely the best! I look forward to relaxing and just putting myself into her hands for whatever type of massage I decide to have; it is not spoiling yourself, it is essential in keeping mind and body ready to keep up with the world we live in.
