Laura taught a private yoga class for a bachelorette weekend that I hosted, and she made it flexible and fun (no pun intended 😉). Our group had a variety of experience levels, and she provided a challenging yet attainable class that gave us a good workout and got us laughing. She also included some thoughtful touches such as having us write our intentions for the practice out, providing cold lavender towels, and bringing us all fresh cut flowers. Thank you, Laura!
If you’re looking for a place to try or new to yoga, you won’t regret coming. Laura is awesome, kind, and passionate about teaching. She adds her own personal touch to the class. I always leave her class feeling like a new person.
