I had a very bad experience 10/10/25 with Zen massage. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage scheduled for 4pm. I received a call around noon that the massage therapist would be running late and I needed to come at 4:30pm if I wanted to keep session. Options were come later or cancel massage. I agreed to the 4:30pm session: I arrived at 4:15pm and checked In . The massage therapist didn’t come and get me to take me back until 4:33pm. Late again. Friday I had the best deep tissue massage ever given by Mel. I'm a retired Bodybuilder and she really knows the muscle groups and how to massage them. She is OUTSTANDING!!!!
