Fantastic Bodywork! – I was in a lot of stress-induced muscle pain. My shoulders were stiff and I had trouble sleeping. Helen took the time to find out exactly what was wrong and gave me plenty of time to relax before the session. The massage was tailored to my needs, throughout the session there was great communication and feedback. The room was immaculate, and very soothing.
