We are more passionate about massage than anyone we know and dedicate much of our time researching and perfecting the most effective therapeutic techniques. We're also constantly seeking massage products with better analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, superior essential oils, lotions and creams. While many therapists find something that works well, we are constantly looking for what works better. Fantastic Bodywork! – I was in a lot of stress-induced muscle pain. My shoulders were stiff and I had trouble sleeping. Helen took the time to find out exactly what was wrong and gave me plenty of time to relax before the session. The massage was tailored to my needs, throughout the session there was great communication and feedback. The room was immaculate, and very soothing.
