Used them for well over a year. Cleanings varied widely in quality. Sometimes the place was spotless and sometimes I ended up having to re-clean. Also, make sure you confirm everything with them in writing as having a phone call and setting a cleaning date or confirming a cleaning date via telephone doesn't seem to register with them. They moved my cleaning date at the end of the month in peak season and claim they never had a conversation with me on the phone confirming dates.
