Hired zen living for counter tops, poor workmanship and quality for the price paid. The seams are all visible, mainly due to not being filled correct. On the corner seams, all were filled and never sanded down or polished. The cut is not straight, there are wave all along the longest edge of the counter top. The edges all have visible polishing marks from skipping over the stone quick. Fantastic customer service! Chad, Kyle & Victoria were all quick to help us with a piece of our cabinetry one of our guests damaged. Not only were they able to source exactly what we needed - they ensured that the color matched for us. Honestly went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Would highly recommend for your kitchen renovations/installs!
Zen Living exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The cabinets are beautifully made, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Installation was completed efficiently, and the finished product looks fantastic. We are now approximately 90 days from the date the order was placed. Despite the additional time and opportunities provided to Zen to rectify the issues, we continue to have unresolved deficiencies, including: Sharp and uneven banding on the walnut door trims; Imperfections in the edges of the painted doors; An uneven and defective finish on the replacement vanity drawers, including visible bands of differing sheen; A cracked hallway locker cabinet panel; Damage to the bottom of the hallway locker cabinet; The inconvenience ... read more
Worst construction experience of my life. People take days to respond provide limited messages like “It’s so and so” and that’s it, lost documents, final product was wrong, the only response is that they cannot do anything about. A waste of money and time after months of trying. Product is visual good and will learn about craftsmanship soon.
