I had a treatment with Dave followed by a hot bath and then the ice bath and alternating. Amazing, I felt so good, light and just feeling like everything left my body and I was feeling ready to go. I have had many treatments and this was up there with the best as to how I was feeling. Will certainly be back again when I need rejuivenating again. Thanks Dave. (The rose petals in my bath were very beautiful too) Oh and my tea is also soooo nice.
Had the 1.5 hour treatment and ended up staying for almost 3 hours!. Very relaxing and Dave was super informative
