Writing a second review to note that John Pulcini, a customer service specialist based out of Chicagoland, is requesting all of my personal information right now via email. I have unsubbed from the zenleaf marketing campaign several times as I dont need those emails in my work email - yet I continue to get emails from their team. For reasons related to my health, I found out earlier this month that I can no longer use cannabis. :( But during the time that I was able to use it, this store was my go-to place for anything and all things related to the plant, and each and every time I was in it, everyone - from the people behind the counter to the folks visiting and setting up booths to promote products - were nothing but sweet, kind, and respectful towards me, no matter what. Easily the least heady of any Chicagoland dispo.. these guys had me stand in line alone for 10 minutes while the helped a parade of customers who walked in around me. Bad grass no class. Whack as place to go waste your money on taxes.
