The worst dispensary in the Altoona area. The staff is rude. Nothing like the environment at Rise. The few deals that they do have aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with Zen. THE WORST!
I went in to pick up my order. There were 4 people ahead of me which wouldn’t normally be a problem. Waiting in line isn’t that big of a deal. But they couldn’t even tell us how long it would be. Woman ahead of me asked if it was gonna be more than 20 minutes and staff said they didn’t know. Why does it take so long to check someone out? The whole process seems strange.
